The conference will be held at the RIT Inn & Conference Center. They have rooms available at the conference rate of $75, single or double occupancy.

We recommend that you stay at the conference facility. In the event that the RIT Inn & Conference Center no longer has rooms available, we recommend the Fairfield Inn Rochester South and Red Roof Inn as suitable alternatives. NOTE: While each of these hotels is less than a mile from the Inn, the road is not "pedestrian friendly." If you must stay at one of these alternate locations, we recommend that you rent a car.

AIRPORT/HOTEL SHUTTLE

To request a shuttle from the Greater Rochester International Airport to the RIT Inn & Conference Center, call (585) 359-1800 when you are ready for a ride. They will then give you a ride to the Inn or one of the other hotels we recommended.

The same shuttle is available to take you to or from those hotels and the Inn.

The hours of the RIT shuttle are 6 am to 11 pm.

We will also be running an additional shuttle. In the morning, Monday—Wednesday, from 6:45—8:15 am, the shuttle will run between the RIT Inn & Conference Center and the Fairfield Inn Rochester South, Red Roof Inn Rochester-Henrietta, and Country Inn & Suites Rochester South. It will be labeled HighEdWebDev. Service back to local hotels in the evening will be available as well.

If you prefer to rent a car, there are several car rental agencies from which you can choose. Taxi service is also available.
