Registration is now closed!
A limited number of registrations may be available at the door, pending cancellations. A $100 fee will be added to registrations processed on site at the conference.
Your registration fee covers all meals and social events, with the exception of Monday evening, when conference attendees can dine on their own in downtown Rochester or its surrounding neighborhoods.
Conference attendance is limited and registration will close when full, so register early.
Thanks to everyone for participating and attending, and we'll see you in Rochester!
Cancellation/refund policy: If you cancel your registration before September 15, you will receive a refund of your registration fee minus a $100 processing fee. Cancellations received after this date will receive no refund. Registrations may be transferred between members of the same school or institution, but are otherwise non-transferable.
Workshops
Half-day workshops will be offered before and after the conference.
- Pre-conference workshops: Sunday, October 22
- Post-conference workshops: Wednesday, October 25
Conference registration has closed, but there is still space available in some workshops. To add a workshop to your conference registration, please contact Steve Lewis.
If you choose to register for workshops, please register for only one pre-conference workshop and one post-conference workshop.
Workshop registration: $120 per workshop
Accommodations
This year, the HighEdWebDev conference has moved to downtown Rochester. Sessions will be held at the Hyatt Regency Rochester, with rooms available for attendees in both the Hyatt and the adjoining Clarion Riverside Hotel. More information about hotels and travel is available online.
