Both conference hotels provide the following services for their guests:

- Indoor pool and sundeck (Hyatt only)
Airport/Hotel Shuttle
Both the Hyatt and the Clarion offer complementary shuttles to and from the Great Rochester International Airport. Use the hotel courtesy phones on the lower level of the main terminal to request a shuttle, or simply call your hotel directly when you're ready to ride.
